Victoria
Victoria is a rich, deeply complex, and warming slow-sipper that beautifully marries the roasted, artisanal qualities of agave with bold European flavors and traditional Mexican spice. Crafted as an elegant, spirit-forward cocktail, it combines 40ml of Corte Vetusto Espadín Mezcal with 25ml of smooth royal vermouth and 15ml of sweet orange Grand Marnier. A 10ml splash of Ancho Reyes chile liqueur introduces a pleasant back-of-the-throat warmth, while 2 dashes of chipotle or chocolate bitters ground the blend with an earthy depth. Stirred with ice and served neat, it is finished with an elegantly expressed orange coin garnish.
