Vetiver

The Vetiver is a fabulously aromatic, bittersweet, and delicately smoky aperitivo. It expertly layers a bright base of blanco tequila and dry vermouth with the unique, earthy floral notes of Muyu Vetiver Gris liqueur, a splash of Italian red bitter, and a wisp of mezcal. Stirred and served up in a chilled coupe, this highly complex and sophisticated sipper is elegantly finished with an expressed grapefruit zest twist.

Instructions:

  • Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.

  • Prepare a garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

  • Stir all ingredients with ice.

  • Fine strain into a chilled glass.

  • Express grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
