It shifts the recipe by pairing 1.5 oz of Mezcal Creyente Tobalá—known for its floral and subtle smoke profile—with 1 oz of freshly brewed espresso, 0.75 oz of rich coffee liqueur, and 0.25 oz of simple syrup. Shaken vigorously with ice to build a thick, luxurious head of foam, the cocktail is strained neatly into a classic martini glass. It is served beautifully clean with an elegant twist of lemon peel perched on the rim.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Creyente Tobalá Mezcal
1 oz Espresso
1 oz Simple syrup
Pinch of cacao powder
Dash of Angostura bitters
Cocoa powder and orange twist (for garnish)
Instructions:
