Cuishe Ritual
Cuishe Ritual is a sacred, unadulterated tasting experience focused on honoring the distinct flavor profile of Mezcal Creyente Cuishe. To fully appreciate the wild, herbaceous, and intensely earthy characteristics of this unique wild agave variety, 1.5 oz of the mezcal is poured entirely neat into a traditional, ribbed veladora glass. It is presented on a rustic coaster with a mound of rich worm salt (sal de gusano) and a fresh grapefruit wedge. Alternating slow sips of the crisp spirit with a taste of the salted grapefruit highlights the mezcal’s savory, mineral notes.
