The Last Wall Highball
Also known as the "Dirty Word," The Last Wall Highball is a tall, effervescent riff on the classic Last Word template. The cocktail shakes an equal-parts base of pure mezcal, Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur), sweet maraschino liqueur, and fresh lime juice, which is then strained over ice and lengthened with a splash of soda water. The resulting profile transforms the dense, herbal, and smoky nature of its inspiration into a bright, deeply refreshing, and highly botanical cooler.
