Mission Bell
Mission Bell is a beautifully balanced, bittersweet apéritif. The cocktail stirs a base of smoky mezcal with Savoia Americano Rosso, pink grapefruit liqueur, sweetened cranberry juice, and a touch of rich honey syrup. Finished with a few drops of Margarita bitters and a grapefruit twist, it offers a deeply satisfying flavor profile where the earthy agave woodsmoke is perfectly rounded by bittersweet citrus and honeyed fruit.
Ingredients:
20 ml Savoia Americano Rosso
4 drops of Difford's, Margarita Bitters
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a coupe glass
Prepare a garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled glass.
Express grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
