Mission Bell

Mission Bell is a beautifully balanced, bittersweet apéritif. The cocktail stirs a base of smoky mezcal with Savoia Americano Rosso, pink grapefruit liqueur, sweetened cranberry juice, and a touch of rich honey syrup. Finished with a few drops of Margarita bitters and a grapefruit twist, it offers a deeply satisfying flavor profile where the earthy agave woodsmoke is perfectly rounded by bittersweet citrus and honeyed fruit.

Ingredients:

• 30 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal

• 20 ml Savoia Americano Rosso

• 15 ml Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur

• 15 ml Cranberry juice (sweetened)

• 7.5 ml Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)

• 4 drops of Difford's, Margarita Bitters

Instructions:

• Select and pre-chill a coupe glass

• Prepare a garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

• Stir all ingredients with ice.

• Fine strain into a chilled glass.

• Express grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
