Espress Ya'self
Espress Ya'self is a boozy, spiced, and heavily expressive twist on the classic Espresso Martini. The cocktail shakes a base of blanco tequila and cold-brew espresso with a robust splash of mezcal, coffee liqueur, agave syrup, vanilla, and dashes of both mole and fiery chili bitters. It delivers a deeply roasted, caffeinated flavor profile where the earthy smoke of the agave perfectly complements the rich chocolate, coffee, and lingering chili heat.
Ingredients:
30 ml Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
1.25 ml Vanilla extract/essence
1 dash Xocolatl mole bitters
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a coupe glass
Prepare a garnish of black, green, and red edible glitter.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with stripes of black, green and red edible glitter.
