Snowbird
A fantastic, smoky riff on the classic tiki drink, the Painkiller. It swaps the traditional rum for mezcal, combining it with cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and orange juice, finished with a heavy dusting of fresh nutmeg.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. mezcal
1 1/2 oz. fresh pineapple juice
1 oz. coconut cream
1/2 oz. fresh orange juice
1 barspoon Cointreau
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients to a blender with 2 cups of crushed ice (or use a stick blender) and blend until smooth. Pour into the glass and top with freshly grated nutmeg.
