Naked and Famous
One of the most famous modern classic mezcal cocktails ever created (by Joaquín Simó). It is an equal-parts cocktail featuring mezcal, Yellow Chartreuse, Aperol, and fresh lime juice for a perfectly smoky, citrusy, and botanical bite.
Ingredients:
¾ oz. mezcal
¾ oz. yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz. Aperol
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe.
