Naked and Famous

One of the most famous modern classic mezcal cocktails ever created (by Joaquín Simó). It is an equal-parts cocktail featuring mezcal, Yellow Chartreuse, Aperol, and fresh lime juice for a perfectly smoky, citrusy, and botanical bite.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz. mezcal

  • ¾ oz. yellow Chartreuse

  • ¾ oz. Aperol

  • ¾ oz. fresh lime juice

Instructions:

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe.
