S 'n' Emm

The S 'n' Emm is a beautifully balanced, bittersweet aperitivo that elegantly marries the earthy smoke of mezcal with the rich, vinous notes of Savoia Americano Rosso. The addition of Amaro Montenegro lends a gentle, herbaceous complexity to this stirred, spirit-forward cocktail. Served over ice in an Old-Fashioned glass, it is gracefully finished with an expressed orange zest twist for a bright, citrusy lift.

Ingredients:

• 25 ml Savoia Americano Rosso

• 25 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal

• 15 ml Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)

Instructions:

• Select and pre-chill an old-fashioned glass

• Prepare a garnish of orange zest twist.

• Stir all ingredients with ice.

• Strain into an ice-filled glass.

• Express orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
