Relax Baby Be Cool is a crisp, deeply refreshing tropical highball designed by Mezcal 400 Conejos. It layers 1.5 oz of smooth 400 Conejos Espadín Mezcal with 1 oz of cold-pressed cucumber juice, 0.5 oz of vibrant lime juice, and 0.5 oz of natural agave nectar. Topped with effervescent club soda in a tall glass filled with ice, it delivers a perfectly balanced, garden-fresh experience. The drink is completed with an ultra-cool presentation, garnished with an elegant cucumber ribbon and a fresh sprig of aromatic mint.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml of cucumber water

  • 20 ml of lime juice

  • 10 ml of natural syrup

  • Lychee soda topper

Instructions:

  • Add the cucumber water, lime juice, natural syrup, and 400 Conejos Espadín to a shaker with ice.

  • Shake vigorously for a few seconds.

  • Pour into a tall glass with a double strainer.

  • Finish the cocktail with a generous topping of lychee soda.

  • Garnish with the cucumber and lychee skewer.
