Conejada
Conejada is an ultra-refreshing, botanical highball by Mezcal 400 Conejos that pairs crisp garden flavors with a delicate hint of smoke. It is crafted by muddling a sprig of fresh dill with 15 ml of sweet agave nectar, 15 ml of yellow lemon juice, 15 ml of green lime juice, and a splash of water. Shaken with ice alongside 60 ml of smooth 400 Conejos Espadín Mezcal and 60 ml of fresh cucumber juice, it is strained into a tall glass and topped with crisp sparkling water. The drink is finished beautifully with a fresh cucumber wheel and a bright sprig of dill.
Ingredients:
60 ml of 400 Conejos® Espadín mezcal
1 sprig of fresh dill (chopped)
15 ml of agave syrup
15 ml of yellow lemon juice
15 ml of lime juice (Colima or Persian)
60 ml of fresh cucumber juice
60 ml of cold sparkling mineral water
Instructions:
In a shaker, muddle the dill with the agave syrup, the juice of both lemons, and 15 ml of water.
Add ice, then the cucumber juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice and a cucumber slice.
Top with sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.
