Pink Tiger

Pink Tiger is a bubbly, festive brunch cocktail designed to highlight the vibrant citrus and fruity notes of Ojo de Tigre Mezcal. It is a simple, refreshing build: pour 1.5 oz of Ojo de Tigre Mezcal and 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice over ice in a highball glass, then top it off with 4 oz of sparkling pink grapefruit soda. Stir gently to integrate, and garnish with a fresh grapefruit slice or lime wheel for a bright, effervescent finish.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Ojo de Tigre Mezcal

• 0.5 oz Lime Juice

• 4 oz Pink Grapefruit Soda

• Glass Highball

• Garnish Lime Wheel

Instructions:

• Build all ingredients over ice in a highball glass and stir to mix. Garnish with a grapefruit slice or lime wheel.
