Paloma de Puebla

Paloma de Puebla is an elevated, beautifully balanced take on Mexico’s beloved highball that trades heavy sodas for pristine, fresh fruit juices. Mixed directly in an ice-filled Double Old Fashioned glass, it highlights a complex Ensamble mezcal base by pairing it with fresh grapefruit and lime juices, balanced with a touch of simple syrup. Topped off with sparkling water, this zesty and floral cocktail is served in a Tajín and salt-rimmed glass with a fresh lime coin.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Fósforo Mezcal Ensamble

  • 1 oz. Grapefruit Juice

  • 3/4 oz. Lime Juice

  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup

  • Top with Sparkling Water

Instructions:

  • Mix ingredients in a Double Old Fashioned glass with ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with Tajín and/or salt rim with a lime coin on top.
