Mezcal Firing Squad

Mezcal Firing Squad is a bold, crimson-hued riff on a vintage classic that beautifully frames rich agave characteristics within a tart and spiced silhouette. Shaken with ice and strained over fresh cubes into a rocks glass, it combines artisanal Ensamble mezcal with fresh lime juice, deep and fruity grenadine, and four dashes of aromatic bitters before being finished with a lime wedge.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Fósforo Ensamble Mezcal

  • ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

  • ¾ oz. Grenadine

  • 4 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

  • Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge or a seasonal citrus wheel.
