Oaxacanite
Oaxacanite is a refined, sweet-and-sour agave showcase that masterfully balances a split base of earthy mezcal and crisp blanco tequila with the rich, soothing sweetness of honey syrup and Angostura bitters. Regal-shaken with fresh lime juice and a swath of grapefruit peel for an extra layer of zesty complexity, this deeply layered sipper is fine-strained into a chilled coupe and elegantly finished with a simple lime wedge.
Ingredients:
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 swath Grapefruit peel/zest
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.
Prepare a garnish of a lime wedge.
Regal shake all ingredients (including grapefruit zest) with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim.
