Money in the Bank
Money in the Bank is a characterful, bittersweet aperitivo that brilliantly anchors a crisp London Dry Gin base with a deeply complex trio of smoky mezcal, rich Amaro Meletti, and earthy Cynar. Stirred and served up in a chilled coupe, this robust and highly botanical sipper is elegantly finished with an expressed orange zest twist.
Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
15 ml Amaro (e.g., Meletti)
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.
Prepare a garnish of orange zest twist.
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled glass.
Express orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
