Martini Rosa de Lichi

Martini Rosa de Lichi is an elegant, beautifully complex martini variation that perfectly balances sweet floral notes with a sophisticated, bittersweet edge. Shaken and strained into a martini glass, it pairs smooth mezcal with delicate lychee purée, fresh lime juice, and fragrant Combier Rose liqueur, all subtly anchored by a crisp whisper of Campari and finished with a whole lychee garnish.

Ingredients:

  • 1.75oz Desolas Mezcal

  • 0.75oz Lychee Puree

  • 0.75oz Lime Juice

  • 0.5oz Combier Rose Liqueur

  • 0.25oz Campari

Instructions:

  • Fill a Rocks glass with fresh ice cubes and set it aside.

  • In a shaker tin filled with mixing ice, add all of your liquid ingredients

  • Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to completely incorporate the puree, chill the liquid, and dilute the drink perfectly.

  • Pour the mixture through a strainer into your prepared Rocks glass over the fresh ice, holding back the used shaking ice.

  • Present the cocktail fresh and chilled.
