Martini Rosa de Lichi
Martini Rosa de Lichi is an elegant, beautifully complex martini variation that perfectly balances sweet floral notes with a sophisticated, bittersweet edge. Shaken and strained into a martini glass, it pairs smooth mezcal with delicate lychee purée, fresh lime juice, and fragrant Combier Rose liqueur, all subtly anchored by a crisp whisper of Campari and finished with a whole lychee garnish.
Ingredients:
1.75oz Desolas Mezcal
0.75oz Lychee Puree
0.75oz Lime Juice
0.5oz Combier Rose Liqueur
0.25oz Campari
Instructions:
Fill a Rocks glass with fresh ice cubes and set it aside.
In a shaker tin filled with mixing ice, add all of your liquid ingredients
Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to completely incorporate the puree, chill the liquid, and dilute the drink perfectly.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into your prepared Rocks glass over the fresh ice, holding back the used shaking ice.
Present the cocktail fresh and chilled.
