Esplanade Swizzle

A crushed-ice cooler that brings a tiki mentality to the Mexican spirit. The swizzle format perfectly dilutes and chills the mezcal, mixing it with crushed ice, citrus, and sweet syrups for a dangerously drinkable patio cocktail.

Instructions:

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a Collins glass. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice. Stir with a swizzle stick until the glass is frosty. Top with more crushed ice, then garnish.
