Elvis
Elvis is a decadent, frozen dessert cocktail inspired by the King of Rock and Roll’s legendary love for peanut butter, banana, and bacon sandwiches. Prepared in a blender, it whips together artisanal mezcal, milk, a whole ripe banana, a spoonful of creamy peanut butter, vanilla ice cream, and crushed ice for a rich and frosty shake. Blended until perfectly smooth, it is served in a tulip glass lavishly rimmed with smooth peanut butter and crunchy, crispy bacon bits for the ultimate sweet-and-savory indulgence.
Ingredients:
45 ml. Mitre origen
60 ml Leche
1 plátano maduro
1 Cda. Crema de cacahuate
1 bola de helado de vainilla
3/4 Tza. hielo quebrado
20 gr Bacon Crispy
Instructions:
Start by rimming a tulip glass with peanut butter and crispy bacon. Place the ingredients in a blender and blend on medium speed for 20 seconds, then increase to high speed for 5 more seconds and serve.
