Carajillo Zaragoza

Carajillo Zaragoza is a rich, beautifully textured digestif cocktail created to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a nutty, artisanal flair. Crafted by loading a shaker with plenty of ice, it combines smooth artisanal mezcal, sweet coffee liqueur, velvety evaporated milk, agave nectar, and crushed walnuts. Shaken vigorously for 15 seconds, the creamy blend is strained into an elegant martini glass and beautifully garnished with a decorative line of sugar and vibrant hibiscus powder (polvo de jamaica).
