DJ Lisa

A unique highball that marries the smokiness of Mezcal with the tartness of pomegranate juice, lime, and a splash of ginger beer for a fizzy, spicy finish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. mezcal (Starline uses Del Maguey Vida)

  • 1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice

  • ½ oz. fresh lime juice

  • ¾ oz. cinnamon syrup

  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  • Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish.
