Oaxacan on Broken Glass
A spicy, tropical Mezcal cocktail that incorporates fresh pineapple juice, lime, and Ancho Reyes Verde (green chile liqueur) with a beautifully spiced rim.
Ingredients:
2 oz. mezcal (Clever Coyote uses Banhez)
1/2 oz. Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
4 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes habanero bitters (Clever Coyote uses Scrappy's)
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients to an ice-filled shaker, give it a quick shake, then pour the contents into the glass. Garnish.
