Dirty Mezcal Martini

A highly savory and briny interpretation of the classic Dirty Martini. Using mezcal instead of gin and combining it with dry vermouth and olive brine creates a wonderfully smoky, salty, and earthy profile.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz espadín mezcal

  • ¾ oz dry vermouth

  • ½ oz olive brine

Instructions:

  • Combine ingredients in mixing glass, stir, double strain into martini glass, garnish with olive
