Mezcal Gimlet

A smoky twist on the traditional Gimlet. It swaps out the classic gin for a high-quality espadín mezcal, combining it with sweetened lime juice or simple syrup and fresh lime for a perfectly balanced, refreshing sip.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz espadín mezcal

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • 1 oz lime juice

Instructions:

  • Combine the ingredients, shake, and double-strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
