The Aviation

A floral and smoky variation of the classic Aviation. It pairs the roasted notes of mezcal with the sweet, botanical flavors of crème de violette, maraschino liqueur, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz tobala

  • ¼ oz crème de violette (violet liqueur)

  • ½ oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

  • ¾ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1 brandied cherry, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  • Combine liquid ingredients over ice, shake, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry
