Crystal Ship
Crystal Ship is a vibrant, aquamarine tiki creation from Jeff "Beachbum" Berry that brilliantly bridges the gap between smoky Mexican agave and grassy French Caribbean rum. It expertly marries the earthy smoke of mezcal and the vegetal funk of unaged rhum agricole, beautifully sweetened by blue curaçao and almond orgeat, and brightened by fresh pineapple and lime juices.
Ingredients:
15 ml Bols Blue Curaçao
30 ml Pineapple juice
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a Pearl Diver or Collin Glass.
Prepare a garnish of ice shell and plastic monkey.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with ice shell and monkey on rim.
Serve with a straw.
