Conejo Rojo

Conejo Rojo is a vibrant, deeply aromatic cocktail by Mezcal 400 Conejos that delivers a beautiful balance of tart fruitiness and warming spice. It pairs the smooth, cooked agave notes of 400 Conejos Espadín Mezcal with the rich, ruby-red tartness of jamaica (hibiscus infusion). Balanced with a smooth touch of sweet vanilla syrup and a hint of warm baking spices, the drink amplifies the mezcal's natural smoke. Served over fresh ice, it offers an exceptionally complex, bold, and festive agave experience wrapped in a strikingly beautiful crimson presentation.

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml of 400 Conejos® Espadín mezcal

  • Hibiscus water with rosemary

  • Hibiscus water with rosemary:

  • 1 liter of natural water

  • 240 g of hibiscus flowers

  • 1 large sprig of fresh rosemary

  • 120 g of sugar

Instructions:

  • In an old-fashioned glass with ice, pour the 400 Conejos® Espadín mezcal.

  • Top with hibiscus and rosemary water, garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary, and rim with salt.

  • Stir and enjoy.
