Coco Ube

If you think mezcal isn’t your thing, today's cocktail might just change your mind. This eye-catching purple drink features a delightful blend of vodka, mezcal, and nigori sake.

Ingredients (Cocktail):

  • 1 oz. Vodka

  • 1 oz. Mezcal

  • 1 oz. Nigori Sake

  • 1 oz. Savidge Kitchen Ube Syrup

  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice

  • Dehydrated Pineapple (optional garnish)

Ingredients (Cocktail Foam):

  • 4 oz. Sweetened Coconut Milk

  • 2 oz. Simple Syrup

  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions:

  • Prepare your coconut foam by combining ingredients in a whipped cream dispenser (see some good options here) and refrigerating until ready to use.

  • Combine cocktail ingredients in a Hybrid Cocktail Shaker filled with ice and shake for 15-20 seconds.

  • Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.

  • Add coconut foam and garnish with fresh or dehydrated pineapple.
