Coco Ube
If you think mezcal isn’t your thing, today's cocktail might just change your mind. This eye-catching purple drink features a delightful blend of vodka, mezcal, and nigori sake.
Ingredients (Cocktail):
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Mezcal
1 oz. Nigori Sake
1 oz. Savidge Kitchen Ube Syrup
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
Dehydrated Pineapple (optional garnish)
Ingredients (Cocktail Foam):
4 oz. Sweetened Coconut Milk
2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
Instructions:
Prepare your coconut foam by combining ingredients in a whipped cream dispenser (see some good options here) and refrigerating until ready to use.
Combine cocktail ingredients in a Hybrid Cocktail Shaker filled with ice and shake for 15-20 seconds.
Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
Add coconut foam and garnish with fresh or dehydrated pineapple.
