Maximilian Affair
This is an unexpected but delicious combination of smoky mezcal, floral St-Germain elderflower liqueur, bittersweet Punt e Mes, and fresh lemon juice.
Ingredients (Cocktail):
30 ml Mezcal
30 ml Elderflower liqueur
15 ml Punt E Mes vermouth amaro
7.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a coupe glass
Prepare a garnish of lemon zest twist.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into chilled glass.
Exp[ress lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
