Maximilian Affair

This is an unexpected but delicious combination of smoky mezcal, floral St-Germain elderflower liqueur, bittersweet Punt e Mes, and fresh lemon juice.

Ingredients (Cocktail):

  • 30 ml Mezcal

  • 30 ml Elderflower liqueur

  • 15 ml Punt E Mes vermouth amaro

  • 7.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions:

  • Select and pre-chill a coupe glass

  • Prepare a garnish of lemon zest twist.

  • Shake all ingredients with ice.

  • Fine strain into chilled glass.

  • Exp[ress lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
