Blood Orange Sour

Blood Orange Sour is a sophisticated, beautifully textured twist on a classic sour that showcases the herbal and mineral complexity of wild agave. It shakes up 2 oz of Bozal Tepeztate Mezcal with 1 oz of sweet, ruby-red blood orange juice, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.75 oz of agave syrup. Shaken with ice alongside a medium egg white to create a velvety, cloud-like foam, the mixture is strained neat into an elegant coupe glass. This visually striking drink is finished with a thin slice of a fresh blood orange wheel.
