They utilize 100% natural processes: cooking piñas in underground conical stone pits for four days, milling with an ox-drawn stone tahona, naturally fermenting in open-air wooden vats, and double-distilling in copper pot stills. Expanding beyond their Oaxacan mezcal roots, the brand partnered with legendary master distiller Julio Cova in Amatitán, Jalisco, to introduce a highly refined line of artisanal Tequilas. Every expression across their portfolio is meticulously crafted using just two essential ingredients: pristine mountain spring water and perfectly matured agave.
