Yucatán Margarita
Yucatán Margarita is a totally tropical, beautifully nuanced twist on the classic sour that layers a rich reposado tequila base with vibrant notes of juicy pineapple and lush mango liqueur. Shaken to a frosty chill with dry curaçao, fresh lime juice, and a delicate, smoky whisper of Del Maguey mezcal, this complex and fruity cooler is strained over fresh ice and finished with a fresh tropical fruit wedge.
Ingredients:
40 ml Patrón Reposado tequila
7.5 ml Chinola Mango Liqueur
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
6 drops of Difford's Margarita Bitters (optional)
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill an old-fashioned glass.
Prepare a garnish of a mango or pineapple wedge.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled glass.
Garnish with a mango or pineapple wedge.
