Gin Mezcal Sour
Gin Mezcal Sour is a crisp, beautifully balanced hybrid sour that masterfully layers the clean botanical notes of London dry gin with the earthy, artisanal smoke of mezcal. Shaken with a frosty chill, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and a splash of egg white for a luxuriously silky mouthfeel, this sophisticated and complex drink is fine-strained into a chilled coupe and finished with a dash of aromatic bitters.
Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
45 ml Pineapple juice
10 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill an old-fashioned glass.
Prepare a garnish of a pineapple wedge.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim.
