Wrong Island Ice Tea
Wrong Island Ice Tea is a vibrant, citrus-forward riff on the notoriously boozy classic that brilliantly swaps out standard tequila for the earthy smoke of mezcal and traditional cola for a bright splash of mandarin soda. Shaken with a potent mix of white rum, vodka, gin, triple sec, and fresh lime juice, this highly refreshing cooler is strained over ice, topped with the effervescent soda, and elegantly finished with a simple orange slice.
Ingredients:
12.5 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
12.5 ml Ketel One Vodka
12.5 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
12.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
75 ml Mandarin soda
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
Prepare a garnish of an orange slice wheel.
Shake the first 7 ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled glass.
Top with soda and briefly stir.
Garnish with an orange slice.
