Ding-A-Ling

Ding-A-Ling is a rich, beautifully complex nightcap that masterfully anchors a robust split base of earthy mezcal and deep blackstrap rum with the sweet, nutty notes of amaretto liqueur. Shaken with a bright squeeze of fresh lemon juice to balance its bold flavors, this heavy-hitting sipper is fine-strained into a chilled coupe and playfully finished with a single, large ice ball meant to "ding" against the glass.

Ingredients:

• 20 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal

• 30 ml Dark/black/blackstrap rum

• 20 ml Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur

• 7.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions:

• Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.

• Shake all ingredients with ice.

• Fine strain into a chilled glass.
