World's Best Margarita from Rosaluna is an elegantly simple, award-winning take on the classic Mexican staple that lets the agave shine. It builds its refreshing profile with just three ingredients: 2 oz of smooth Rosaluna Mezcal, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 0.75 oz of simple agave syrup (made from a 2:1 ratio of light agave nectar to water). Shaken vigorously with ice, the mixture is strained into a chilled glass over fresh ice. It is beautifully finished with a classic lime wheel and a half-rim of pink sea salt to perfectly balance the bright citrus and soft smoke.
Ingredients:
2 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
1 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz Agave syrup
Garnish: Lime wheel and pink sea salt (half the rim only)
For the agave syrup: 2 parts light agave nectar, 1 part water

We love Mezcal for its artful simplicity, and our take on the classic Mexican margarita is no different. With just three ingredients (sound familiar?), a simple garnish, and a good shake, here’s one less thing to worry about.
Make the agave syrup by combining 2 parts light agave nectar and 1 part water. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, then shake until well combined, then pour and strain into a chilled glass with extra fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and salt for the real deal.
