White Negroni

White Negroni is a sophisticated, autumnal riff on the classic aperitif that trades traditional gin for a gentle, smoky agave base. It elegantly combines 1.5 oz of Rosaluna Mezcal with 1 oz of Luxardo Bitter Bianco and 0.5 oz of Silvio Carta Mazzini Dry Vermouth in a mixing glass. Stirred with ice for 15 seconds to achieve the perfect chill and dilution, the spirit-forward mixture is strained into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube. This beautifully pale, complex sipper is finished with a vibrant marigold flower for a touch of botanical elegance.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Rosaluna Mezcal

  • 1 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco

  • 0.5 oz Silvio Carta Mazzini Dry Vermouth

  • Garnish: Marigold flower

Instructions:

  • Swap out the usual and sip into fall with a mezcal white negroni – a classic with a not-too-smoky twist.

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir to dilute for 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube and garnish with a marigold flower.
