Violet

Violeta is an earthy, gut-friendly, and beautifully vibrant cocktail that features a brilliant deep-purple hue. Prepared in a mixing glass with ice, it stirs together artisanal mezcal, probiotic beet kombucha (kombucha de betabel), tart fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup for a balanced, refreshing finish.

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Mezcal Mitre Origen

  • 75 ml Beetroot Kombucha

  • 15 ml Lemon juice

  • 15 ml Natural Syrup

Instructions:

  • In a mixing glass, add ice, Mezcal Mitre Origen, and beet kombucha. Add the lemon juice and simple syrup. Mix all the ingredients in the glass for 20 seconds. Fill a balloon glass halfway with ice and strain through.

  • Decorate with a violet flower.
