The Pomepolitan
Pomepolitan is a tangy, modern take on the classic Cosmopolitan that swaps out traditional vodka for earthy mezcal and cranberry for rich pomegranate. It builds a bright, floral base by combining 1.5 oz of Mezcal Rosaluna, 1 oz of POM juice, 0.75 oz of Italicus Liqueur, and 0.25 oz of fresh lime juice in a mixing tin. Shaken well with ice until thoroughly chilled, the deep red mixture is strained elegantly into a sleek coupe glass. This fruit-forward, smoky sipper is finished simply with a perfect orange twist to express its vibrant citrus oils.
