Taking Chances

Taking Chances is a bold, modern riff on a classic 50/50 Martini that elegantly blends smoky agave with complex botanical layers. It builds a spirit-forward base by combining 1.5 oz of Mezcal Rosaluna, 0.75 oz of Lo-fi Gentian Amaro, 0.75 oz of Gonzales Byass Dry Vermouth, and two dashes of orange bitters in a mixing glass. Stirred gently with ice to perfectly chill and dilute the spirits, the smooth mixture is then strained directly into a sleek coupe glass. This sophisticated, pleasantly bitter cocktail is beautifully finished with a fresh lemon twist and a delicate flower for a touch of refined magic.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Mezcal Rosaluna

  • 0.75 oz Lo-fi Gentian Amaro

  • 0.75 oz Gonzales Byass Dry Vermouth
