Succulent Blood
Succulent Blood is a vibrant, mezcal-forward cocktail that perfectly balances earthy smokiness with the juicy sweetness of blood orange. The addition of cinnamon syrup and clove-rich falernum brings a layer of warm, sweet spice, while a touch of fresh lime juice lifts the entire profile. Shaken and served in a chilled coupe, this characterful drink is beautifully garnished with a dehydrated blood orange wheel.
Ingredients:
30 ml Blood orange juice
7.5 ml Cinnamon syrup
5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare a garnish of a dehydrated blood orange slice wheel.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with an orange slice.
