Los Pacaminos Margarita
Los Pacaminos Margarita is a mellow, masterfully layered sour that splits its complex backbone between blanco and reposado tequilas, smoky mezcal, and the rich, toasted notes of Mexican corn whiskey. Shaken with triple sec, corn liqueur, a citrusy blend of fresh lime and lemon juices, and sweet agave syrup, this deeply flavorful cocktail is strained into an ice-filled glass and traditionally garnished with a dehydrated lime slice and a toasted baby corn stirrer.
Ingredients:
15 ml Patrón Reposado tequila
7.5 ml Corn/maize liqueur
5 ml Mexican corn whisky
10 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Agave syrup (agave nectar)
5 drop Difford's, Margarita Bitters
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill an old-fashioned glass.
Prepare a garnish of dehydrated lime slice wheel & toasted baby corn stirrer.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled glass.
