Sicario de mi Dolor

We're thrilled to introduce you to your new favorite cocktail - the Sicario de mi Dolor: a cocktail that soothes the soul and kills the pain, one tantalizing sip at a time! This Painkiller Riff is a compelling blend of smoky Mezcal, sweet orange, and pineapple juices, rounded off with a hint of Toasted Coconut Syrup from our friends at Liber & Co.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Mezcal

• 2 oz. Pineapple juice

• ¾ oz. Orange juice

• ¾ oz. Toasted Coconut Syrup (we used Liber & Co.)

• Mint sprig (for garnish)

• Orange wheel (for garnish)

• Fresh nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions:

• Add Mezcal, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, and Toasted Coconut Syrup into your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker, add ice, and shake.

• Strain into a Hybrid Cocktail Glass over ice.

• Garnish with fresh ground nutmeg, a mint sprig, and the orange wheel.
