Rising Sun
An incredibly crisp and tart citrus cooler. It mixes the earthy campfire notes of mezcal with fresh pink grapefruit juice, lime juice, sweet maraschino liqueur, and a pinch of sea salt to enhance the agave's natural minerality.
Ingredients:
22.5 ml Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or a merest pinch of salt
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare a garnish of a float of dehydrated lime or a blood orange slice wheel.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into chilled glass.
