Farmer's Tan
A delicate, floral, and deeply complex stirred drink. It tempers the intense smoke of pure mezcal by pairing it with a light, wine-based amaro (like Cardamaro) and dry orange curaçao, accented beautifully by a dash of xocolatl mole bitters.
Ingredients:
15 ml Ferrand Dry Curaçao
3 drops Xocolatl mole bitters
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
Prepare garnish: place a cocktail stick in the glass and drop chilli oil onto the surface of the drink where the stick breaks the meniscus, so that the chilli oil is spread by the stick.
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into chilled glass.
