Paris is Burning brings the sweetness of the pineapple and smokiness of the mezcal together to make an incredibly balanced cocktail, while the subtle botanicals of the gin round out the finish, effectively backing the mezcal without overpowering it.
Ingredients:
1 oz. Mezcal
1 oz. London Dry Gin
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Elderflower Liqueur
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
Angostura Bitters (to top)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker.
Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
Double-strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
Top with Angostura bitters.
