Neon Knight
Neon Knight is a vibrantly colored, boldly layered aperitivo that masterfully anchors a bone-dry Manzanilla sherry base with the earthy smoke of mezcal, tropical pineapple liqueur, and a bittersweet trio of gentian, Bitter Bianco, and blue curaçao. Stirred and fine-strained into a chilled coupe, this brilliantly complex and harmonious sipper is topped with a refreshing splash of tonic water and elegantly finished with an expressed orange zest twist.
Ingredients:
40 ml Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry (chilled)
10 ml Bols Blue Curaçao
10 ml Thomas Henry Tonic Water (chilled)
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.
Prepare a garnish of orange zest twist.
Stir the first 6 ingredients with ice.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Top with tonic water.
Express orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
