Midnight Bouquet
Midnight Bouquet is a beautifully balanced, spirit-forward, and bittersweet sipper created by Meaghan Dorman in New York City. It expertly layers the oaky notes of añejo tequila and the rich depth of Amaro Averna with a delicate floral pop of elderflower liqueur. Stirred with a wisp of smoky mezcal and a few drops of grapefruit bitters, this highly complex cocktail is served up in a chilled coupe and elegantly finished with an expressed grapefruit zest twist.
Ingredients:
45 ml Patrón Añejo tequila
22.5 ml Amaro (e.g., Averna)
15 ml Elderflower liqueur
4 drops Bob's, Grapefruit Bitters
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.
Prepare a garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled glass.
Express grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
