Mezcalicus
The Mezcalicus is a vibrant and citrusy Margarita riff that swaps out the traditional triple sec for Italicus (a botanical bergamot liqueur). Combining the smoky depth of mezcal with the bright, floral citrus notes of the bergamot liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, and a touch of agave syrup, it offers a beautifully balanced sweet-and-sour flavor profile. Uniquely, the drink is served over ice and garnished with three skewered green olives, which add an unexpected and delightful savory touch to the cocktail.
